The Anevex AI assistant, agents, scheduled reports, usage and provider settings.
Overview
Anevex AI is an assistant that reads your company’s data and answers questions in Arabic or English: sales, stock, customers, invoices and reports. It works through agents, each specialised in one area and using tools that read from the system itself. Agents can be scheduled to write reports automatically every day, week or month.
- AI needs an account with an outside provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and others) and an API key from it. Start on the AI Settings screen.
- Every question and report uses tokens that the provider bills you for. Track them on the AI Usage screen.
- The assistant sees only what the asking user’s permissions allow. A cashier cannot read the financial reports through it.
