Settings
Company details, branches, users, roles and the settings of each module.
Overview
This is where you set the system up before you start working: your company details printed on invoices, branches, users and their permissions, and how each module works. Open Settings from the gear icon at the bottom of the side menu, or from the account menu at the top → Settings. The settings menu appears beside the screen in four groups: Organization & Administration, Business Modules, Customization & Communication and System & Maintenance.
- Every settings screen has a Save Changes button at the bottom. Nothing applies until you save; Discard brings back the saved values.
- Most fields have an ⓘ mark next to them. Hover over it for a short explanation of the setting.
- Taxes, currencies, payment methods, payment terms and cost centers are covered in the Accounting chapter, since they sit in the accounting menu.
- AI Settings are covered in the AI chapter.
