Field	Required?	Description
Duration / Unit	Required	Useful life, e.g. 48 months.
Depreciation Method	Required	Straight line, declining, or declining then straight line.
Fixed Asset Account	Required	The asset account itself (e.g. Vehicles).
Depreciation Account	Required	Accumulated depreciation (reduces the asset on the balance sheet).
Expense Account	Required	Depreciation expense on the P&L.
Journal	Required	Where depreciation entries go.
