Period Closing
After a month is reviewed, add the period here so nobody can add, edit or post a document or entry dated inside it. The message "Cannot do any action at this time: closed financial period" appears.

Notes
- Currently any period you add blocks actions inside it even if Active is unticked, and the authorized user is not exempt. To reopen a period, delete it from the list.
- Posting payments is checked against today’s date, not the payment date, so a payment inside a closed period can still be posted when today is outside it.
