Leave Requests
Employee requests. The system checks balance, eligibility and attachment before saving. Once approved the days come off the balance and show in attendance evaluation as leave, not absence.

- Days are counted as calendar days from start to end, weekends included.
- Approve from … → Approve; dates can be adjusted when approving. Direct-manager approval only shows for the user linked to the employee’s manager.
