The same idea as sales, for buying: a direct bill, or the full cycle.

- Purchase Cycle - Simple: you create the purchase bill directly.
- Purchase Cycle - Advanced: RFQ → purchase order → receipt → bill.
- Purchase Bill Policy: on ordered quantities (bill straight after the purchase order), or on received quantities (only after the receipt is confirmed).
